Are you wheelchair friendly?

We are indeed. The pub is easily accessed by wheelchair and there is a dedicated disabled toilet (toilet is a part of the visitor centre not in the pub).

Do you cater for vegans & vegetarians?

We can cater for any dietary requirement as everything is made here at the pub so most dishes can be adapted to meet your requirement. We do however ask Vegans to inform us of their visit as we are happy to make one off vegan dishes within reason.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, we love dogs but please only well behaved and clean ones! We have an area in the pub which is our Dog Friendly room for diners, dogs are also ok to be in the bar for drinkers. Please respect that we are a public HOUSE, if you have been walking and wouldn’t allow your dog into your home without a wash, please don’t bring them into ours. Unfortunately we don’t allow dogs in our B&B Rooms - non-negotiable.

do you have wi-fi?

Yes, wifi is available throughout the pub just ask a member of the team for the password.

When do you serve food?

We serve food Wednesday through to Sunday. Lunch service starts at Midday until 2pm and Evening service starts at 5:30 until 8:30pm. Sunday Lunch starts at Midday and we serve until 4pm on Sundays.

What days are you closed?

We are currently closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. This is mainly to give our two chefs some downtime after our busy weekends.

Can i book a room direct?

YES! We love when guests come direct to us. You will always get the best rate by coming direct so please use this button to view our live availability.

can i buy a gift voucher?

Most definitely! Just give the pub a call on 01777871586 or send us a message here and we can organise a gift card to be posted out to you or the recipient the next day. We will take payment over the phone and the postage is on us (up to £5 postage)!

can i book a table for more than 20?

Unfortunately with the way the pub is laid out (we’re a bit like a house with 3/4 small rooms) 20 is the maximum we can cater for in one room. We can of course cater for more than 20 people but your guests will be split throughout the rooms in the pub. If you require full exclusive hire of the pub this can be arranged.
